In this release, Centime has introduced enhancements to a few features in the Manage Payables along with minor fixes to provide a seamless experience to its users.

New features & enhancements

Enhancement 1: Invoices payments status will state when the invoice payments are deleted in General Ledger.

Solution: Manage Payables

Details:

i. Invoice payments that are deleted in General Ledger will be moved to the Unpaid Invoices tab with the status ‘Ready to pay’. These invoices will have a sub-status as ‘Voided in General Ledger’ to reflect their General Ledger status.

ii. These changes will be reflected in the invoice history as well.

Permissions needed to access this feature:

Users who can access the Manage Payables solution will be able to access this enhancement.

Enhancement 2: All policies for Manage Payables can be accessed from the Policies tab in the Payables settings section

Details:

For a streamlined experience, users can define their payment approval policy from the Policies section in the Payables settings section.

i. A new ‘Policies’ tab is introduced in the Payables settings section to allow users to easily define or modify their payment approval policy.

ii. Users can set payment limits to trigger approval and add team members as approvers to define the payment approval policy.

iii. Additional Payables policies which will be rolled out in the forthcoming releases can be accessed from the Policies tab.
