In this release, Centime has introduced a new feature in its Customer Portal offering for the Manage Receivables clients that enables their customers to view paid invoices.
Features in this release:
Features
Feature 1: ‘Paid Invoices’ tab in the Customer Portal for all customers of Manage Receivables clients
Details:
- Customer Portal users can now view their paid invoices, even invoices paid offline to the client, under the ‘Paid Invoices’ tab.
- Users will be able to view the invoice number, document, outstanding and payment amount, payment date, payment method, and payment status.
- When the payment method is not ACH or Credit card, the payment method will be left blank.
- Users can click on the invoice number to view payment terms offered to them and can click on the payment amount to see any discounts applied to the amount.
- Now when the users make a payment in the ‘Unpaid invoices’ tab using ACH or Credit card, the invoice will be moved to the ‘Paid invoices’ tab when the status of the payment is paid.
- Invoices with payment status ‘Failed’ or ‘In process’ will still be under the ‘Unpaid invoices’ tab.
Permissions needed to access the feature:
Centime clients cannot access the Customer Portal. They can enable its access to their clients by activating CentimePay and selecting ‘Customer Portal’ as their payment option. Click here to know more.
Feature 2: Default Account Payables account setting for Manage Payables users
Details:
- New settings under Payables let clients choose a default account for Account Payables.
- All uploaded and approved invoices on Centime will be posted to this account on the General Ledger.
