First ensure that the financial institution is still connected to Centime. Go to the Cash module and check for the last day and time of a successful sync. We only sync once a day, pending transactions that have not settled may not reflect yet. If the data appears to be outdated beyond several days and there hasn't been a successful sync in several days, go to the Cash module and click on Manage Accounts. Locate the account. If it is marked red with a Reconnect button visible, click Reconnect and enter your financial institution credentials.
